What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that customized team gear and sails are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are North Sails products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care.
How should I care for my GORE-TEX® sailing jacket?
To maintain waterproofing, machine wash on a warm permanent press cycle with a small amount of liquid detergent. Rinse twice and tumble dry on a warm, gentle cycle to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment.
