At North Sails, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
